Though the infrastructure is good, following shortcomings were experienced 1. Poor reception. Your vehicle is neither allowed entry inside the front/Porch location nor is there a Valet parking facility. Upon reaching you are asked to park the vehicle in side parking outside the four walls of hotel with no overhead protection from sun or rain. The security then calls someone from housekeeping services to get your luggage which is seen by all and sundry passing by the main hotel gate. 2. Untrained staff especially housekeeping with no hospitality mannerisms. 3.Breakfast was Average with very limited choices. The rooms were excellent. The staff was cordial. Room service was great would love to visit again ! the management is excellent. Overall a great place to chill and relax !

Very reasonably priced Hotel. Overall we enjoyed our stay. We would definitely return to stay with you. A few small bits. Breakfast we thought was not catered for westerners, however reception always called us to bring food to our room. Room service just needed to be more aware of short supplies such as towels and toilet paper replenishment. Finally main shower was blocked and as you showered, you would be standing in a puddle of soapy water. Luckily the Bath had a shower. Staff were very attentive to our needs during our stay. Apart from those minor points I would definitely recommend your Hotel and I would surely be likely to return to stay again. Thanks

Amber Residency was very comfortable to stay. My room was upgraded. Yet, I ve been a freq business visitor. All the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Completely Worth the money. Food is good too. I would recommend this Hotel over any other Hotel in Hoshiarpur.

The breakfast is good. The quality of food is very good. Seeing the city level, hotel is too costly.

Courteous staff, good food, neat room, mattresses are old and overly soft. Toiletries were unchanged. Towels stink, so carry and use your own towels.
