There was no backup for electricity. Food was good and good behaviour by the restaurant manager. But in the room they cut your ac connection many times

Dear sir, first of all sorry for inconvenience. We provide all types of room from economy to executive category and real pics of all rooms have been added to the website. You have booked economy room, photos of which has also been on the site. Although we are quite flexible for that and in that case you could have upgraded your booking before checkin.

couplewe booked a deluxe ac room, but on arriving we found it too damp and dark so upgraded to super deluxe room. washrooms are average, need better cleaning and maintenance.

They never knock before entering the room, there are termites in the room, no change of bedsheets or pillows next day, zero toiletries provided

Sir we have already done treatment for termites before, but if they exists we will again make sure that none of them will remain. We have bells outside every room, may be that day it doesn't worked but we will definitely rectify our mistakes.
