Staff was polite, stay was excellent and staff was good.

room was good, spacious, good and coperative staff. taste of food was yummy. would recommend other to visit with family or official purpose

In the name of Superior Deluxe the room provided to us was just a small room with no hygiene in room and toilet was also dirty .

Breakfast was not serve till 08:15 while timing was 7:30 to 10:30. No fan was available in dining area.

Average stay, ac remote not working, electric cattle not in room, shower not working properly, desert not provided in dinner and breakfast is also average. No image

Office stay. Excelllent great food, good rooms, cleaned washrooms very well maintained hotel and good ambience.

The check-in process was smooth and the staff were welcoming and professional. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities provided.

Pathetic hotel. Old towels used for years, expired milk powder. Bathroom lock not working. Tea was ordered and instead of delivering in tea pot they placed aluminium foil directly on to cups to serve tea. 3rd class hotel better options are available in city. Staff unprofessional. Lala has not given uniforms to staff. Typically 3rd class la-la hotel.

I asked on phone for car parking they said yes we do have parking but when i went their, no parking at hotel we need to park our car on street. Even they put the dirty towel in the room
