The rooms were good and bathroom was also good the ac was okay okay but yet it was better overall a good experience

Place is okaish to be honest. It is a guest house not a hotel so don't expect anything. There was no care taker , room walls were messy. It is worth the money spent as it is very budget friendly. Good for boys . I will not recommend this place to couples or girls

the manager of guest house declined our stay because i have done it online . the manager made unnecessary argument with us for 1.30 hours .he told me to cancel my stay n make it offine . finally i called makemytrip n they stayed on call for more then 25 minutes . n finally they helped me to get out of the situation when i gave them 200 cash bribe .I have an . n lastly the room bedsheet was not even changed .n the room was not even cleaned properly. it was my worst experience of my journey . thanku to makemy trip for helping me out

The room was very basic. I stayed solo there just for a night and i would recommend this for a person who is looking for a budget hotel. Keep your expectations low. Long way to go to keep it in minimum standard, cleanliness should be increased. Maybe they have a better room which they are providing for a higher rate. Service was good. Not recommended for old people since there is no lift and we need to climb a lot of stairs. 24 hour security and cctv are provided, which is a good thing.

1-smelly blanket 2-smelly bedsheet and pillow.

The facilities were not provided as they were advertised in the booking catalogue. Cleanliness is very poor. Very congested room. Even basic toiletries were not available.

Manager of hotel was erogant

There should be nice cleaning, the decoration should be good, near by view should be good. There should be the lowest cost price etc.

Hotel staff was very nice and very cooperative and take care of me as a family member suggest to anybody. Good room, hot water is there, staff was very nice and guide me for my trip to dharmshala. Very good experience

The room is not same as shown in picture and washroom is not clean.

Hotel rooms are located on third floor, rooms size is too small even toilets are very small & not cleaned

The best hotel in pathankot. Cleanliness, hygiene was their top priorities, nice and clean room. Very comfortable with the family. Strongly recommended to everyone.
