The hotel was not that bad, but as per my requirement at least ketli shouldf be there and not that good hotel in case of greenline and it was old, but not properly ventilated inside like it should be at least there should be cleared with smelling like gold, lot of dust and all

Respected sir thank you for your comments as due to monsoon season and raining all day before you checked in , we and other hotels also have this kind of issues in these days . We have now infused humidifier by which rooms are now odour free. Kindly do visit again and sorry for your inconvenience caused. I would like to start with a big sorry and for the issue you had sir in my hotel whilst your stay . As i personally discussed with you on that day due to high demand of rooms and our 100% full occupancy I could not change your room. Please except my apology and kindly visit again and I will be assisting you personally with no complaints.

worst service, whenever I asked for toiletries like towels ,napkins they excused us like we were running out of towels.there is no shop,shampoo in bathroom. bedsheet also bad smell,and they say delux room but they provide us simple room without A.c.,there is no drinkable water.

1 terrible experience however staff was good and polite but the rooms were extremely awful. The bed sheets were smelly and dull. Toilet was dirty and unhygienic. Worst night stay ever in this so called d-hotel.
