The hotel was not that bad, but as per my requirement at least ketli shouldf be there and not that good hotel in case of greenline and it was old, but not properly ventilated inside like it should be at least there should be cleared with smelling like gold, lot of dust and all

worst service, whenever I asked for toiletries like towels ,napkins they excused us like we were running out of towels.there is no shop,shampoo in bathroom. bedsheet also bad smell,and they say delux room but they provide us simple room without A.c.,there is no drinkable water.

In hotel there is no electricity

I stay in the hotel with my partner as a unmarried couple, the hotel manager charge me extra 500 rupees for unmarried couple

Service not good staff not having manners to talk. Room condition not good as mentioned not recommended to anyone.

No toiletries, no towel, room not sealed properly, all ventilation open. Only positive is decent behavior by staffs.

1 terrible experience however staff was good and polite but the rooms were extremely awful. The bed sheets were smelly and dull. Toilet was dirty and unhygienic. Worst night stay ever in this so called d-hotel.

Our room was decent with air conditioning. However, there were mosquitos. Overall a good hotel with perfect location. Don't expect wifi in all rooms.

This place is 7 km far from dalhousie. It's took 1 hr to reach dalhousie. Homemade food. Available. This building is under construction
