Good option for bachelors. Not suitable for a family expecting neatness or cleanliness. Plenty of ants all over the room and also on the bed! Even after complaining they just did nothing to eradicate those ants or insects. Room service is ok. Spider webs in bathrooms. Wash basin water clogging. Average cleaning. No hot water till 11 am in the morning but the location is best!. Just five min walk from the beach. So, you can walk to the beach and wet yourself and comeback to the hotel by walking only and a very special thanks to their staff - Shreya and one more lady with specs, for their fantastic quick response to solve our any complaints made to them. All in all, not satisfied. Stay for bachelors is good but not for a family. Won't stay there for next time.

There is no buffet breakfast. Room was not clean. Everywhere small ants are there. I didn't like the property.

Hotel is very good, neat and clean. Staff is very cooperative. Close to Calangute beach.

Hotel is on the busy Calangute Baga road. It's a good property with spacious and clean rooms and other facilities. There's a pool on the roof top. Both beaches are close by. Only on is parking space for 4-wheeler.
