Terrible Stay
I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. 1. Location is disadvantage, not very safe location for families. 2. Food is terrible. 3. Staff is arrogant. 4. unlimited mosquitoes. 5. Tarrif isn't justified based on Hotel condition, location & service. 6. Only good thing is their Rooms are big & nicely maintained.

Inconsistency in Service to Guests
Mostly, this property is engaged in Banquet parties leading to average restaurant and house keeping to the guests in rooms. Few people only, like Mr. Aayush Jaiswal are professionally trained rest not.

Service is not good, wash room flash is not working, ac is also not working properly, tooth brush and pest is missing in wash room

familyAverage stay at bazar location but near to important location of vishwanath temple and ghats. Affordable and decent stay. Don’t expect beyond what you’re paying.

Hotel refusal to give gst invoice

Rooms and areareview.
The hotel was good however the area around was a bit uncomfortable situated in a muslim area which didn't gave a good vibe at all. The hotel room was not maintained in a good manner, the wall was cracked and the chair dirty. I didn't found that the bedsheets and blanket cover was changed after the previous guests checkout. Water bottle provided was only 2 small ones at a time and had to purchase from the restaurant which was costly.

familyRoom was spacious, well maintained and clean. Restaurant offers wide variety with delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner. Hotel location is good nearby all the temples and ghats. Hotel ticks all the boxes for cleanliness, comfort and great food within budget

Excellent Stay
Location of property excellent. Very close to kaal bhairav mandir. Food was very tasty. Staff at reception was very helpful. We got room cleaning service even after we came back at night. Overall service is praiseworthy. Market is just around this hotel and you will get everything you want. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Service not so good
The hotel was good but the common washrooms were not very clean. And staff also wasnt very cooperative.
