Food is okay but the menu is repetitive, housekeeping is not upto the mark, breakfast does not have many options....too costly but facilities are not provided as per the cost of room

This is the amazing stay at Varanasi ..the ambience is so neat and clean beautiful property ..I would recommend all the family group if coming you must try ..food ,service ,property was awesome ..well commended

can't find hotel for good 45 - 5 0 minutes... no signs.. poor service by desk staff.. kept waiting for 30 minutes to get room... while it was check in at 930 pm in night.. the location of hotel is very imterior

Lots of demerits with the property: 1. No sign board for identification of property was there, leading to wastage of time to locate the property. 2.Room was not prepared properly before check in as there was no shampoo , body wash in the bottle. This shows room preparation is done negligently. 3. Only one bath towel was given for two person. 4. Bathroom tap underneath shower was not working at all. 5. Only 1 ltr packaged drinking water was given for two person. 6.Complimentary tea, cofee satchet were missing.
