*there is no cleanliness at all. - i have check in around 2:00am, from the receptions to the second floor where room allocated smells like a alcohol and cigarettes. *staff - the guy who attend us at the time of check in he is behaves like drunk. It was very scary experience. Just because of too late i decides to stay there and manage but. *room cleanliness -as soon as i entered in room the smell of alcohol is all over, The condition of the bed was very dirty, dust and stains were visible on the bed sheet. i saw ac and water heater mentioned in amenities, the water heater was completely malfunctioning while the ac was doing some cooling. When i inquired about this, i was told that the lights in the room i got were not switched off, on the contrary, the hotel management asked me to adjust and stay. It was just a ridiculous experience. - at the time of checkout at around 7am there was no one near the reception, even when called no one picked up. I had to leave the key at the reception and open the shutter of the hotel. I pray to god that no one should have such a horrible experience., this experience was absolutely horrible. I expect my money back. It was very late at night and took time out of fear but it was a very scary experience. I expect my money back.

Electricity issue, no power backup, no cleanliness, hospitality was pathetic, property wasn't fully constructed. The entrance of the property was poor and shady. Overall i will never recommend this hotel to anyone

1. First of all, the hotel was under construction 2. No one asked for our id proofs and no entry was made 3. There were wires hanging out from ceiling everywhere, no toiletries, towels provided to us had cigarette holes in it and were all burnt out 4. No water was coming out of tap, we had to switch rooms in middle of night and the bathroom in the new room smelled with it had a dead rat nearby 5. Extremely dirty rooms, we could literally see spiders spinning their webs in front if us 6. Free breakfast was nothing but just cold poha served on a unhygienic table, it was so cold that we couldn't even point out anymore on what are we eating

There is only 1 caretaker who is doing everything. This is not a hotel just some rooms. Electricity is intermittent. There is no reception table. They lock you inside the building at night as there is no security. Please stay somewhere else.

The room was good but there is light problem as it is in gramin village area far from igatpuri junction around 10km breakfast is also delayed and not good still it is newly constructed and still work is going on fan is not installed geyser is newly installed but still heating problem if anyone is look for room in igatpuri please choose another i will recommend that not this
