It was one of the worst services I ever received.. They even did not even give us complementary breakfast as it was not even ready at 10.00 a.m. Even after complaining to MMT, the owner did not respond to MMT. The staff and owner are very rude .

Property is good but management and maintenance is poor.With good management and maintenance it will become excellent

Room hygiene was terrible. No room service available. I opted for breakfast but it was not ready. The atmosphere was not good for a family person as the bar is attached to the dining area and the drinkers there were a mess. Premise hygiene was also bad. Rooms were not ready even after the booking .

Rooms needs to upgrade. Especially bathrooms. Cleaning and dusting required. I didn't take picture from inside but the room is not clean. Dusting is there. Air conditioner working on same temparature. Hence i've to closed it as i can't increase temperature. Quality of bed and mattress is poor

The room was dirty and not maintained. They run a low class bar along with the hotels and they call it s restaurant. Breakfast was not ready by 9:40am. Be careful if your are booking this hotel

At first glance, Time has lead to wear and tear and the glamour and shine of the new hotel has worn out. The room was plain average. There were hair on the bed sheet and pillow covers which were not cleaned before handing over the room to us. The was a faint musty damp smell. We asked for a room freshener and it was promptly brought to us. There were gaps on the top main door and the door to the washroom. The inside lock on the top of the main door also did not engage. This brings in the question of privacy and security of the patrons visiting the hotel. The food at the attached restaurant was decent, nothing too great and wasn't bad at all. Based on our experience, wouldn't recommend it for a family stay.

They have to improve a lot. I am very unpleased for this type of recommendations.

Worst experience ever . I didn't got my room even after paying the room tariff prior to check in. Worst hotel and staff too . Don't ever book this hotel Sai plaza. It's just waste of money and time .

The location of the hotel is great. Rooms are fine. Food is not that good. The people there are quite friendly and helpful. They just need to improve the sanitation! The place Igatpuri was exceptionally beautiful!

No tv, No water in Bathroom. No shower. It was not a great time spent inside the room. Expected a lot but recd very less of it. Hope for a good 1 after the renevation. Manager was a good person and also the staff.
