Very bad experience, complete bad room with selon and small insects not to book room and not recommend this hotel again

A nice place to stay, good parking near the bus stand. Food quality so good. Staff behavior is good.

We booked two rooms, one is very smelly, another one even doesn’t have water to bath in morning, wait for 1 hour

Location is very good but in this amount paid it is not worth. Breakfast is like you can throw after one bite and rooms have smells and due to it need room fresher many times. But room size is big with balcony also and Bathroom is also good in size.

The overall experience was good and certainly I will recommend it to others and myself also will stay in this hotel only. The hotel is over all having value for money and also good vegetarian food to its customers.

Conveniently located at Nayanpura. Well connected to important places like railway station. Cleanliness needs lot of improvement. The bed covers and blankets were old and dirty. You can sleep only during the day time. In night, there are lot of mosquitoes driving anyone mad. If your stay is inevitable, please carry mosquito repellent with you. The food was oily.

The sarsawati hotel situated on bus & railway way. Easy way available transportation. Good clean room. Good service & restaurant for foo ding. Room service in room also. Clean bed sheet with blanket. Newpaper available in room.

Good hotel Saraswati Palace and good location in Nayapura circle. Rooms are big and clean, bathroom not good. Geyser not available only hot running water in tap between 7 am to 10 am. AC working good and foods are good.
