Staff behaviour is not good..

The room is too small and the bathroom is not working properly Staff is good in servicing but the morning shift receptionist is not good in speaking seems very rude and disrespectful please change the women of morning shift

Smelly rooms, chocked washbasins, dirty water, unclean towels, smelly bed, in short, terrible experience. All the rooms smell like toilets. I got my room changed but the condition was same. Even after rom spray and keeping room open for a long time, smell did not vanish. Consistent answer from staff that it's due to the room was closed from long time which doesn't make sense as the smell persist entire night.

Good rooms and polite staff

It was a solo trip. Right from check-in to check out. Property is well maintained, rooms are good with basic amenities at this price. Entire staff is also humble and co operative. Would like to recommend this property to everyone.

The hotel service is very terrible. The washroom was not clean and there is also no towel for hand cleaning and no proper ventilation. Even they don't have dustbin in a room. And i not satisfied with hotel management overall.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff, friendly and helpful receptionist and staff, service was attentive and efficient, i was very pleased with my stay.

It was pretty good, people was gentle. Overall pretty experience but ac was not working properly and dripping water from the ac indoor and need to betterment in bathroom cleaning.

No room service, charging points not working, ac not working, bathroom was dirty, charged even for 1 bottle water per day.

It was average. Room was small. Price is not perfect a/c to rooms size and facilities. Staff behaviour was very good and helful. You can consider this if you are looking for prime location with all necessary facilities.

Could locate the property easily. The room and washroom was neat and clean. Check in and check out was hassle free.

The hotel was good but the service about early checking was bad as they charged me early checkin amount of rs300. Thank you

Room was much smaller than what was shown when booked online. But it was good that there was cleanliness.

We stayed here very nice place i came for my daughter's study work this is why i stayed here rest in this place your hotel is very nice nice people work here

Pathetic services. Charged extra for water. No housekeeping even reminders. Bed sheets and blankets were not hygienic. Room service of foods were very low in level.
