This is worst hotel I have seen in my life. Everything is dirty and staff in not at all cooperative. I my opinion the rating and comments provided about hotel are not true these are managed by hotel only. I strongly suggest not to opt this hotel. I booked breakfast but they did not provide me. When I asked for breakfast staff was very harsh on me. If there will be negative rating option I will give negative rating for this hotel. Worst

Check in problem, recepstionist told that there is no room in the hotel after debate he arranged the room brakefast arranged from outside room was poor, no wardrobe, no dustbin, tv was not working room was not clean

My parents liked this hostel. Value for money stay comfortable bed, cleanliness, nearby restaurant, service all this made stay in kota slightly easy

While check in they denied that there is no booking. After 30 minutes they gave me check in. Booked stay with Breakfast but in property they are denying for complimentary breakfast.
