It doesn't have that service which they have mentioned, also the staff were not behaving properly, they make me wait for 20 minutes at time of check-in as am already check in 3 hours late. They are not friendly, budget is much high compare to what they serve.

I had a terrible stay... the staff was so arrogant. The pillow and bedsheet was so dirty and they were not ready to change it either. Shower was not working... everything was in a very bad condition. Hotel was not worth it at all for stay.

coupleBreakfast was good, and the rooms were great. I also received an upgrade, but room service was slow, and the rooms were not soundproof. Every day, I was woken up by the garbage truck music — "Gadi Wala Aaya Ghar Se Kachra Nikal." Additionally, there was ongoing construction, making it excessively noisy. The Chinese cuisine was disappointing, but the Indian cuisine had a good taste. I also lost the room key and had to pay ₹350 extra. With the upgrade, the stay was worth the money; otherwise, it felt a bit expensive.
