rooms were not clean . nothing was proper. over all ambiance was not good.room cleaning was not good . bathroom was a bit broken. shower was not working properly.

Terrible hotel. Not good for a family purpose
No complementary water bottle was provided. Life was not working. Lights were not working in the room. Moreover toilets were also not cleaned.

Dear sr sorry for your inconvenience and we assure you for your next visit to recovery thru best services for you and hotel had informed you the some problem in boiler system that why hot water not available and extra mattress can be changed as per your request if you not like the mattress that time. Restaurant not available during the your stay but assure you your next stay, you will get find the restaurant.
