Review Of Hotel Samrat Presidency

I was booked in samrat presidency but hotel person said all room sold out, how it is possible i don't know, because payment also done from 5th nov 24.

The property location is good and ambience is friendly food was okay. Linen was clean as was the toilet

Hotel located at convenient location and easy to approach. The staffs are adaptive and front office response is instantly good. The rooms are decent and foods provided also ok.

They are charging 200 for breakfast and giving 30 to 50 rupees breakfast from shop. No dining available

There is need of proper bedsheet arrange on bed, and furniture should be in proper condition. Rest all is ok

Friendly. Good for family. Clean and safe

No hot water for 24 hrs, as we reached at 8. 30 pm we could not take shower due to hot water

terrible experience staying at the hotel. my booking was with the b'fast but they charged me again, mattresses have already lived their life twice linen is all stained

Only clean and hygiene issues. No hot water linen is dirty. Smelling rooms

Staff is good and room is also ok he has given me big room but some smell in wash room

The utensils used for tea food are below quality and dirty. Staff doesn't care about privacy of customer enters room without knocking. Their cloths are dirty and smelling
