Review Of Hotel Samrat Dehradun

The property is in a good location with proper street parking. Rooms are decent enough for resting. The room was clean and tidy with working bathroom fixtures. Staff were helpful with our custom requests.

The hotel has good use of property dealers. The location is within walking distance of the railway station. The hotel does not have nida food but everything is available if you go a little 🙏.

Not so great. not good for family. the room is not so clean and can be maintained in better way......

Hotel Samrat Dehradun is very near to Dehradun railway station prominently located at wide Tyagi Road. You get ample space for car parking, power back up, good ambient walls 9f the corridoors to take nice portraits. The manager Shispal is always to help but has limitations due to poor facilities. What you don't get is 24X7 hot water even in winter - they informed the hot water availability only for 0700-1200 hrs; no in house restaurant - the one shown in the site as Punjabi Veg just at ground floor does not work but sells momo and chowmin outside it in a cart - a challenge for family travellers at night, only the Hotel Gomti opposite side is a resort. Our hotel initially gave us a small double bed room that had a glass pane of a window missing, but upon insistence, changed to another room a bit better, when I started contating customer care. the hotel owner is very curtesious but should have to address to its proper maintenance to get the advantage of its loation.

Hotel not good as per picture. Hotel washroom was very bad and bed also not good. Waste of money hotel

Rooms were too small. Ac not working properly. Tuelight inside the room was too dim. Overall average facilities

It was a nice experience. All staff were good and supportive, rooms was neat and clean, location was also good

Basic necessaties like clean washroom and hot water were not present. Staff were also uncooperative. Only thing going for this hotel is that it is close to railway station. Please consider other options before this place

Stay was okay small room. With minimal services such as wifi, t. V, hot and cold water. Conditions of rooms and toilet bathrooms was not that good for family stay. Good for budgetary travelers.

It was very bad experience. Room was not as per showing at the site. Lack of cleanliness. They charged 60 ruppees for warm water provided for my infant. I will not suggest to stay there.
