It was great experience at hotel, room was clean and staff at hotel was polite

Hotel room is dirty having insects and bacteria.

Only lodging no food biggest problem

Very very good service and room is very clean and bathroom, water, cold, and hot

There was no food service. House keeping staff not available for cleaning floor after 9 P.M

I had booked as a couple but my experience with the hotel and especially the receptionist was horribly terrible. The receptionist asked me to fill the registration form with my personal details, but then he denied us the room. After asking why our personal details were taken, he said that it's the hotel policy...Like what's the reason for filling the registration card if you are not willing to give the room!!.....I advise not to book this property and not to fill the registration card. All our money was gone as it was non- refundable booking and our personal details were taken ...Please be aware

Stupid bastard hotel /no communication No talking sense, room condition is very bad ! Kabhi es hotel ko book mat Karo yahi suggest karunga. Very rude staff. Location is night next to Doon hospital that’s why we booked it as my sister was admitted. They were so rude to us.

it's good for solo or boys not that great for family. No lift, No Food, broken property, ok bed, No luggage service

My stay at hotel relax doob was excellent. Location of hotel is center of city. Sanitation of the room was very good, well managed. Services of the hotel personal was excellent. They were really cooperative specially i want to mention about mr. Tariq. He was very good and cooperative person. He guided and helped us a lot about sight seeing of dehradun and nearby places.

Not good as aspected, water was not coming from tap and also the drinking water was not coming well from filter, the hotel look like a horror place.

An average place to say. Always keep it your second choice. They don't have a kitchen nir they provide tea in the morning

The rooms were old, but the bed and bedding were properly arranged. However, the bed sheet had some stains, which was a bit concerning. The bathroom was clean, but the sanitary fittings were old, making it a bit difficult to use. Overall, i would give this hotel an average rating of 3 star, if we're looking for a budget-friendly option and don't have high expectations, this hotel might be suitable for us.

one of the worst experience I ever have the person on the reception he can't even know how to talk with the guests. he don't have any manners and such a bad property

Hotel relax doon, dehradun. For stay one day is cool because their is no fnb service so you have to go outside for food etc all the time nearby market. Plus point is veg and non-vegetarian food available in walking distance, staff behaviour is good rest all good

Cleaning staff is very good but receptionist is not good. Room khali the but usne mna kiya ki room nhi jo dikhaya h wahi h jab booking cancel aur complain k liye bola tab dusra room diya . cheakin experience is so rost bachche ro rhe the phir bhi 30 min lga diye room dene mein. sweeping staff bahut achha hai safai wo apna kaam bakhuvi krte hai . kuch maintenance ki jarurat hai but overall good hai.

Overall the experience was good. Rooms were clean and environment was adjustable. The location, menities and services were quite were good.

A lot of suffocation in the room, non ac rooms were horrible fan not working properly service level not good at all
