Property location is at the entry point only, but the service in the hotel are pathetic, staff is not cooperative , even the amenities mentioned on make my trip are not available in the room

The hotel location is good. It is just around 700 mtr from the sulphur waterfall location. cleanliness is ok. The staff is very slow . The phone is available in the room but it is not working so you can come to reception for anything you want. food can be served only if you give the order before 6 pm. I booked through to make my trip and got the complimentary mineral water bottle at the time of welcome which is not given to us even when I asked at reception for the water bottle then they gave me the RO water which is refilled by them.

Reaching @3 am in night, was expecting difficult but team cooperated well.

Intercom not working. Tv not working. Geyser not working. Very dirty blanket provided. No one is responding for your requirements.

Good service. Chef was not available so that created inconvenience but hotel staff make up for the same and staff was courteous.

Hotel management kept updating themselves about my stay and any requirements which was pleasant. They arranged the food before hand according to my orders. 1. The short patch from main road could be repaired and pitched for better experience. 2. The bathroom drain was not designed incorrect as all the water got stagnant around drain and the floor remained wet for a long time. 3. Slippers could be added as an extra service. 4. TV recharge could have been extended before hand as we managed to get a limited channels.
