Review Of Hotel samrat

The room was infested with big ants, no cleanliness was there. The bathroom didn't have running water until morning. Even that was infested with big ants. Room smelt awful and the manager refused to change the room saying there was no other room available.

it's like cheating if anyone book this hotel. When I reached at hotel no one is available there. I wait for more than 15 mins than a person came from neighborhood and told me that the receptionist went for his food parcel. Room was totally look like a dust bin. There wasn't water in washroom, flush, washbasin. Tap on washbasin was totally damaged. the person, who was available at hotel was totally drunk.

Meals were not available at hotel.

Only meant to keep your stuff and sleep.
Below expectations in terms of location and ambiance.

Worse experience ever. Broken floor tiles, Untidy blankets and sheet. TV was not working and geyser didn't have connecting water pipe, so it was useless. Even the plates were untidy. The politeness of staff is appreciated, that's the only positive thing about this hotel. This was my first experience with Makemytrip, and this turned out to be worse ever.
