Nice to stay in sai inn, santacruz.
Very nice stay. Highly recommend. Behavior of staffs, room cleanness all are excellent. Location also very convenient, bus, train, airport all are very close.

Good Stay
coupleMy purpose of visit was to attend US Consulate. The hotel is placed within 20 mts drive to Consulate. The room size on topmost floor was adequate, clean with basic toiletry. The toilet is re- camped and good. The room walls showed dry patches of water seepage, and the wooden doors are starving to be polished. The hotel has a veg cuisine at the ground floor. Choice of snacks and food includes both South n North Indian plus Chinese. Tasty. Mr Chaitree the front desk lad was courteous and helpful. Overall, good for a day or two stay.

Place is not like before. I felt very bad about the maintenance, no painting and restaurant looks so old and leakage everywhere

businessAll was good but the manager was asked 3000- extra for 3 hours it was very bad and paid the extra amount of 400- pls give grace period because of rain it was late.

businessHotel with poor access and in a crowded area. Sheets could have definitely be cleaner. Phone wasn't working, had to go down to get the second towel for the second person

The property is very easy to find, just beside santa craze station. As the restaurant is within the building the food is easy to get and very delicious in taste. The safety and service was excellent. Highly recommended for everyone. Rooms are very clean. Bandra, juhu dadar is very close to roam around. Thank you to the staff
