Review Of Hotel Saffron Inn

Stay was terrible. There was no cleanliness of room was very poor n full of mosquitoes. Bedsheets were too dirty. Ac was also not working functional. In washroom, there was continuous leakage from tap. Overall it was very terrible experience of staying through mmp. Further, commission margin of mm p was so high n hence hotel staff didn't even take care of listening us in terms hygiene n cleaning as he said he got very less amount for stay booking. Not happy overall!

Very rude staff and very bad hotel. Not good for family. The activities running here are very bad, and everyone is fine about it.

Very bad room. Very bad bathroom. Paid for ac room but ac not working. Door lock not available.

It was nice time with the owner and staff, all of them were very cordial and welcoming. Room was very decent and clean.

It's a slum shanty not the kind of hotel they have shown in the pics. The walls on all four sides are thin wood which is covered on the outside with the wavy asbestos sheets people in slums use. Basically it is just one of those businesses slum dwellers of mumbai run. But very unsafe. Also there was dust accumulated on everything in the room: the sheets, drawers etc. I have always had very good service from mmt. But one thing i would like to suggest is to probably create some kind of categories. Like this place should fall under lodge not hotels because they do not have room service and all.

This is hotel is not good for any one, they don't provide break fast to customer even included by makemytrip, and the hotel room are so dirty and so small and furniture is broken and washroom are so dirty and broken

Room and hotel etna acha nah i hai. Jitana photo me hai. Location bhi sahi nah i hai. Hotal ko dhudna pad-ta hai. Bahut andar ki taraf hai. Window ke bahar kuch nah i hai. Dharamsala jaisa hai.

Staff are very co operative but don't expect more. For middle class people it's very economy compared to other hotels.

Don't book this hotel. The picture shown in site is totally different. And room iss too dirty and very very small in size.

The overall stay was relaxing.
The staff was so friendly and good at communicating things.
