Review Of Hotel Sai Dwarka Palace

1. The hotel is very close to the temple. 2. But the road connecting the Hotel and the main road (about 100 MTRS) is full muddy and if it rains, then you can't even walk. 3. Don't expect much from the hotel. If you want to just spend a night, you can go ahead with this hotel but many other options are also available. 4. Car parking is available.

Hotel was nice but service was ok ok, everything tell, than he provided

it's totally wastage of money ....no soap in washroom and door lock is also not working...ac was not working and no action was taken if you asked for all this

The hotel was average rated. But the counter person was very rude. Service is slow once you ask for the towel,they will come to you at their own time.

The manager demanded an extra amount for early entry. In make my trip there wasn't any option to set my entry and exit time to the hotel. Also the mngr was rude which i absolutely didn't like , he gave me a not so good room whose washroom was congested and small. I rebooked this hotel as i was here and year ago . The last time I went there was another manager he was kind and gave us a neat spacious room.

it is advisable not to book along with breakfast or breakfast and meals as the hotel does not have their own restaurant or catering arrangment. they have arrangment from neighbouring hotels for that.

The Triple Bed AC room was clean and hygiene was maintained. The staff was polite and disciplined. Breakfast was provided

Location is near to temple approach road. No restaurant is available in hotel but restaurants are available in near by area. Minaral water is available on chargeable basis. Room is neat and clean. No toiletries are available except body soap. Free Parking space for 5-6 car is available with driver's accomodation.

location amenities and services was fine...but breakfast was absolutely not Value for money.the hotel do not have own breakfast facilities they offered nearby hotel for breakfast and the hotel kept us waiting very long ..it was absolutely not recommended.

Washrooms are not good staff not supporting. Very bad experience. Booked AC room but the AC is not working and everything if i want to increase and decrease need to call reception to get the remote

property location is excellent and near the shirdi shree saibaba temple (5 minutes walk). property is well maintained and clean. Rooms are good enough. staff is also cooperative. we didn't preferred to take food so can't review for the food. but overall experience was very good.

When we had a check-in at the hotel we requested the hotel owner for the one hour of the early check-in and the owner told us to pay 1400- rupees for the early check-in at the hotel for two rooms which we felt very bad and also we requested him to take some less amount even though he didn't listen to us and at last we have him the money as he requested and did early check-in and moreover here we checked out our room the next day early morning at 5 am also we mentioned this point as we're checking out at early morning so don't charge us the 1400- rupees but the owner didn't agreed to us and demanded for the money to pay for sure and we did. And we didn't get any breakfast at the hotel as we had a booking where the breakfast was included. So, it was a very bad experience for us and i don't recommend this hotel, thank you.

Not good service and booking taking with breakfast and lunch dinner and not providing as per booking things as mentioned in package worst not to good booking again here not recommended any one as pathetic service

The location is good. Some basic amenities like hand wash, slippers, luggage almirah are not available. Wash room fittings are in damaged condition, but the room was clean.

Though the facility is average, staff is kind enough to provide services going extra mile. Very near to temple and other shopping areas.

शिर्डी की घटिया से घटिया होटल है ये। किसी को बहुत परेशान होना हो तभी जाना वहां पे। एक तो लोकेशन ठीक नहीं और ऊपर कोई सुविधा भी नहीं ।पानी गरम नहीं मिलता और ऐ सी नहीं चलता ।मैनेजर को बोलो तो वो बोलता है थोड़ा एडजस्ट कर लो।और स्टाफ का बिहेवियर भी ठीक नहीं ।शिर्डी में बहुत होटल कही पर भी चले जाना पर यहां पे नहीं जाना ।

Our rooms were very comfortable. The hotel is nearby to the temple. Our stay including breakfast. Breakfast service was not available in the hotel, instead we were sent to another hotel on the side where there was no breakfast buffet and we were given only 2 options in the à la carte menu. Apart from breakfast overall experience was good.
