Hotel D Grand

Hotel is very clean and gives all facilities in budget. It is not too far from the temple.

1. Bed sheets were not changed. Found lots of hair follicles on the bed. We had to remove everything and blow before putting our kids on bed. - not satisfactory 2. No hot water at all. Not recommended during winter season. There is no hot water supply. Suffered a lot with kids. Th too when u need to go to temple and no hot water from tap. Doesn't matter early morning or evening.

Near to sai baba mandir. Pillow cover needs to be cleaned time to time. It wasn't well that cleaned.

It was a great stay and a good locality. Room service wasn’t very effective. Room didn’t have a geyser.

Room is clean, ambience is good. Staff is helpful and temple is 10 mins walking.

Neat and clean with proper room service and cleaning. Only thing to be considered is it doesn't have a lift so if you are 2nd or above floor, it might be a difficult one especially for elders

Room was fine but the service from hotel are pathetic

Newly opened hotel with inexperienced staff. Bathrooms have very slippery tiles. Bed and esp pillows are very uncomfortable. Rooms were not sanitised. Found hair on pillow covers and bed-sheet. Upon showing, they changed it immediately. Gets quite noisy as the all rooms have common lobby. We were disturbed by loud noises late at n gt from other guests outside our rooms. No kettle or hand towels provided. This is a basic hotel for a very short pilgrimage visit. Senior citizens need to be extra careful in bathrooms. Plus they don’t have lift yet. So only 2 rooms available on the ground floor for them.
