The rooms were decently clean. washroom was also clean. The staff was very helpful and polite. Mr. Kiran helped us alot as we were late due to rain he helped us check in late night and had a positive experience.

I had booked a room in the hotel for a day. The property is tucked in a lane adjoining hotel archana off kankuri road and map directions sent with booking confirmation email. The hotel is located walking distance from sai baba temple. The property is around 5 years old ( and sofa in the lobby shows signs. Greeted by friendly golden labrador named simba. Checkin and checkout were quick. My room was on level 1 so i walked up though a lift was available. Clean washroom with soap and towel on a hanger were a welcome change. Bed mattress was bit hard and should be replaced for a better experience. No breakfast offered but plenty of eating places nearby made up for it. Staff helped with getting transport to the airport was appreciated what i liked about the place was - friendly owner & staff, convenient location to the temple, peaceful surroundings, prices & simba.
