All are good like location, clearness, rooms other than complimentary breakfast. It's need to improve.

The stay was excellent and very pleasant. The location was perfect, and the staff were extremely helpful and down to earth. The food was satisfactory, though the menu could be improved with some modifications. Having a few more staff members in the kitchen would also be beneficial. Overall, it was a truly memorable stay.

Overall it can be rated good at the maximum. Breakfast needs a lot to improve instead of just leaving the food item on the table. Variation in menu is a necessity and should be pondered upon.

Room is spacious but no kattle , tea bags & mineral water bottle. Food is not good. Breakfast menu was only poha & idli on the first day and idli & uttapam on the second day.

I never seen such bad service anywhere at MTDC, very bad washroom condition, I asked tea and coffee, staff provided me broken and unwashed cups, same time I wrote the complaint in book. At the time checkin manager asked me extra charges for my daughter, already I had mentioned her real age at the time of booking but MTDC manager took 784 rs extra by stating that she is 12 year old.

The quality of the room was very bad and bed spreads towels provided was not cleaned properly and the manager was not supportive, even the room was not dusted properly

I am visiting shirdi since 2015 and only stay at MTDC pilgrim inn. The property added new wing in 2019 and has now renovated the old rooms. The property is near the samadhi mandir. Excellent location.

Rooms are neat and clean, good location, but food quality and taste is poor, need to improve. Tea was horrible!
