A convenient and well maintained hotel with good food options and nice breakfast. The Sai temple is at a walking distance.

While the Hotel staff are very courteous and the hotel itself is quite clean and neat. The rooms are big. However some room amenities like keeping tissues etc was missing. We had to use our own tissues when we ordered room service. Also the room service was not upto the mark. The food delivery was very delayed even though we ordered simple grilled sandwiches. The came in very poorly wrapped and the tea was in a steel kettle and not a small flask as done always. Again tissues were missing. The food taste was good. The worst experience we had was the flush not working and when we were actually using the toilet, the water from the health faucet (jet) stopped suddenly. Water from the shower was just like warm. It was constantly raining outside and Shirdi ambient was only in the mid twenties. Sai Neem Tree has to take care of such slips. The very courteous staff readily offer free drop and pickup from Sai Temple at any time you need. Breakfast buffet was "just good" and cannot say it as "excellent" Nothing wrong with the staff. All well trained and very courteous. Hence our rating is POOR

clean well appointed room and bath. staff very helpful and polite staff- particularly Vinod and Ajit took care of us in the restaurant. The temple shuttle works very well. A great place to stay in Shirdi.

Hotel is neat and clean. very ambience to stay. Staff are serving with courtesy. Regular transport from hotel to mandir is another attractive facility. I recommend this hotel to our friends

my recent stay at your hotel. On the night in question, I ordered coffee at 10:00 PM and kept only one cup in my room. At midnight, I was repeatedly disturbed by persistent knocking and ringing at my door. The staff member outside did not identify themselves or communicate the reason for their visit. After several minutes, they stated “room clearance,” which I found highly irregular, especially at such a late hour and for a minor matter. This intrusion caused considerable distress and fear for me and my wife. We also heard tapping at our window and unexpected noises from the bathroom. After I called the reception to report the incident, the individual outside appeared to notice and subsequently fled the corridor. Security staff arrived a few minutes later but told us no one was present, suggesting that housekeeping may have been responsible. I have never experienced room clearance or housekeeping operations at midnight, particularly for something so minor. This experience left us feeling unsafe and anxious throughout the night, affecting our overall comfort and confidence in your establishment’s safety protocols.

Hotel reception staff is very courteous and helpful and rooms are okay. 24x7 hours car dropoff and pick up to and from Shirdi Sai Mandir is very helpful. Hotel provided free drop & pickup from Sai Theme Park also. Food in the restaurant is very nice and staff very helpful. I recommend this hotel.

All good. We stayed overnight for Darshan. The room was very comfortable. The food in their restaurant was excellent. The breakfast choice was nice. Staff mostly Ladies are courteous. Thank you.
