Hotel O Palkhi Road Near Sai Baba Temple Formerly Netra Sai

As per mentioned in MMT , there is no restaurant now so no options to eat there. No proper parking available there, just an arrangement to handle 2-3 cars somehow. Rooms are OK

Subject: Request for Refund I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at Super O Hotel, Palki Road, Shirdi, The experience was far below basic standards, and the hotel charged for services that were never provided. The hotel charged for breakfast, but upon arrival, they denied providing it, stating that they do not even have a restaurant. Even drinking water was not provided. When I complained to the owner, I was told that they could neither arrange water nor refund the breakfast amount. The TV and other devices were non-functional, and none of the electrical sockets worked, so even charging a mobile phone was impossible — I had to go to a nearby hotel just to charge my phone. The overall condition of the room and facilities was extremely poor, completely misrepresented from what was shown This hotel is not worth

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable

Location very near to the Baba's temple. Cleanliness of the washroom was not upto the mark. AC was not cooling the room properly. and there's is no remote for AC provided by the hotel. Intercom was not working.

Room and washroom are clean. Lift facility is there and also the hotel is near to temple walking distance
