Hotel O Shirdi Sai Inn

Stay was very dirty and they runs spa and massaging centre in the ground floor. I haven’t checked in. I have visited stay and left the hotel with in 30 minutes. But i didn’t get refund of my money if possible give me refund. Please refund my money

Dear team, 1. Cleaning was not done for room even personally calling the hotel staff2. Bath towels were not provided. While asking the same, the hotel owner said you did not ask. Thanks. Hotel did not provide breakfast. Very unprofessional approach by hotel. I would like to request you to return money back for breakfast

1) No match with OYO complementary with hotel complementary Meals wise. 2) Room including toilet not upto the mark as expected 3) No TV for entertainment 4) No space for luggage storage 5) Image uploaded in OYO varies as per actual visual.

bathroom not clear, tv facilities not working. left not working properly. breakfast does not include. In the hotel Oyo application is not showing breakfast so not given. so please return my breakfast amount.

No water so no hot water. Bathroom was terrible. Room was stinky. Nothing in the room except fan. The lift was horror. I advise all the families not to book this hotel ever. Staff's behaviour is very bad

Room was uncleaned and dirty. Washroom was very dirty. There was no power backup for power failure. Experience was very bad

Rooms and rest room were not clean

No cleaning, no power backup, lift buttons are broken

No power supply and backup. Ac an f fan not working. No busket or shower in the bathroom. Main door lock is broken and got a lock and key after 6 hrs. Lot of sound of the staff. Very rude staff.

Staff and services are good and genuine. But room is not so much clean.

Ac wasn't working. I raised issue with hotel staff but no improvement with ac. No dust-in in the room no water tap was working had to use shower to take bath. Staff was good and hardworking however failure from hotel management

We are checking in hotel but the rooms are not ready not clean and very much surprised our one room is not open with all keys of the hotel if we demand soap for hand wash hotel representative tell us soap is available after a morning at this time not available, toilet very bed, flush of toilet not working we use ability for use of the toilet. very very very very poor experience .
