The service was terrible. The room lacked basic amenities like soap. Overall not good

The room was nice and clean and the location is also very nice but the facilities service was not good and there was problem of hot water and the treatment of staff was not proper.

Hotel Disha palace was nice and enjoyed the place with go services of staff and sleep bed blankets were neat and clean and comfortable to sleep and washroom was so neat and clean well organised property car parking is lot good place to stay and price also normal i enjoyed staying in Hotel Disha palace

Services was good, room and stay was good but only concern was hot water. Request the hotel people to provide hot water either 24 hours or to provide it on request and requirement.

ROOM ARE GOOD BUT NO LIFT FOR HOTEL.........................................

Hotel was good, but I didn’t like that the receptionist asked for marriage proof. I was with my wife — she was wearing chuda, bindi, and sindoor, which clearly shows we are married. This was unnecessary and uncomfortable.

Hotel location is near the temple but the distance from Prasadalya is almost a kilometre. I booked the Triple delux room through MMT, but was told by the property owners that they haven't received booking for that room. Also, the wi-fi quality was poor and it kept on disconnecting every 20 minutes or so. Apart from that, the stay was pleasant and rooms were clean Hotel location is near the temple but the distance from Prasadalya is almost a kilometre. The hotel service was pathetic, specially their washrooms dirty, you can't even imagine, completely unhygienic and dirty (even sulabh shauchalaya is better than that). No hot water facility, and the hotel is also situated in a very cosy and dirty area. not at all recommended for family and not even for anyone who want a good stay experience

There is no cattle, mineral water bottles and very basic arrangements of water glass is not there. They provided us plastic glass.

everything was good .Even staff members were very helpful . glad to have that experience ..

Hotel Disha Palace: Room cleanliness was not there, no proper ventilation. No window for the rooms. Bathrooms are also not very clean. Location was: Ok
