Very bed system room not clean no bathroom lock inside no charging point poor management rates according room quality is very poor

The room provided was unsatisfactory; the bathroom lacked proper glass. It appears that the establishment does not prioritize bookings and fails to treat their customers appropriately. When we requested a room change, we were informed that no other rooms were available. Despite showing them the room picture, which depicted a different standard, they claimed it was from the first floor and refused to accommodate our request. It is unacceptable for a booking to be accepted and then for customers to be treated poorly. We were too tired to argue further and reluctantly accepted the situation.

The room was spacious but the hygiene and maintenance was not good

Location is very good nearby saibaba temple. Easily accessible and walking distance.

Hotel stay was too horrible and he demanded 400 extra, room is not clean, hot water not coming and tv also not working and members in reception behaving very rude.

Pleasant stay, humble and helpful supportive staff. Rooms are also clean and neat and very close to dwarakamai. Easy and secure to leave all your personal belongings in the room and go for darshan. In addition, the same guys have a wholesale shop for all your shopping at very good prices.

Very bad hotel, hotel name not showing proper, i was found hotel in 1 hours later, staff is very unhelpful, not available water, towels, wifi in the room

Rooms are very dirty, no proper service provided for that. Toilet and bathroom situation is worse than that, shower is broken, no lock inside the bath room is broken u can't lock it. I booked room with breakfast how much they charge for breakfast is more costly then outside.

The stay was not at all good. They gave us a used room. Although we informed them earlier that we will check in during the evening and we were very tired from all the travel still they kept us waiting for long. Someone else was using our room. The receptionist had very rude and unprofessional behaviour. The owner was also very irresponsible

No body care and attend properly in that hotel. The rooms are not good, dirty also. I can say good things that it is near sai temple.

Not up to the mark

The hotel staff (from reception to working staff) was nice. The room was also similar to what was seen in the app prior to booking. But the only lacking part was the maintenance of the room (there were cockroaches in there. The rest of the overall experience turned out to be fine.

Good room but no lock for toilet but no problem safe place and good experience but room should be cleaned bed spreand and pillow cover are not upto the mark

They are running 2 hotel with same name adding just budget word to one hotel. Words are not sufficient to describe the worst situation of rooms. We paid additional 700- and surrender the booked 2 rooms (3 bed & 2 bed) and took 1 room for our family of 8 (4bed. No parking facility no drinking water.
