property's location is far from the temple but they have provided a AC car for pick and drop so no issues,restaurant is under renovation and no small shops nearby but the staff politeness and the managers helpfulness is what won our hearts,definitely will come again 👍🏻

It was not a pleasant stay overall..The place is very far from the Saibaba temple,as you proceed inside the lanes you feel it's kind of jungle road..The hotel is new ,not in Fully running condition yet but the only good thing was room was spacious that's all.. No food nothing,when we reached at 9.30 we literally had to order via Swiggy. The hotel is run only by a Security guard who is the only person there who hardly understands anything.. Overall very disappointed don't book this one as there are really good hotels in this price nearby when we searched there after going we came to know,but seeing the images in Google I thought it to be a good one which was not the case

It was told that hotel is 600 meters away from sai temple, however it is 3 kms away. It's a fraud . It's better to go and search for hotels.

Overall, it was an amazing experience. Really sweet and homely people. They were very helpful whenever needed. When we needed a printout of our Kukad Aarthi ticket, they were willing to take one and give it to us in the last minute. The shuttle service provided was very pleasant. They provided it around the clock; even when we needed to go for the Kukad Aarthi at 2 AM, they dropped us off. The rooms were very well maintained, was very neat and was a very big and comfortable room. They also provided us snacks and tea tray on the first day, which was amazing. It was away from the traffic at a silent place, but also very close to the main road at the same time. Overall, amazing place and people. Its a must stay!

Service, customer relations and help was amazing. Comfortable and big rooms with all needed facilities were provided. When we required a print out for the Kakad Aarthi (early morning) they took a print out and gave it to us. Shuttle service was very helpful and flexible 24 hrs around the clock, even when we asked for it at 2am in the morning for the aarthi. Away from the crowd at a silent place, but took very less time to meet the main road and go to the temple. Amazing and friendly people. Very generous and understanding as well. We were also surprised by being provided with a tray of snacks and tea making condiments. A Must Stay Place!!
