Good Property with terrible maintenance. the staff was also not so attentive. The AC was leaking, washroom was not clean and taps were not working fine. it was a waste of money kind of feeling. Hotel staff is soft in dealing. Hotel rooms are good but does not justify the cost of per day charged by hotel. Even basic amenities are missing like hot water cattle, soap dispenser were empty. They have a expensive menu in their restaurant but the food quality is very poor. I suggest not to eat meals in the restaurant.

Location is 1. 2 kms from the temple and there is amusement park nearby. If you are travel-ling with your own vehicle i would recommend this hotel. It is a quite place secluded from city crowd

we checked in late once we reached the room 309 at third floor 1)set of box was not working the technician tried but in vain missed the ipl match2) the mug in the bathroom had a broken handle the bucket too was dirty and the closet and the bathroom had stains3) the quilt and the linen of the bed was stinky.

Staffs were cooperative and professional. Room maintenance is needed. Door lock was not working. Ac remote was not working. The best part was drop and pick up facility from hotel to temple.

I had vegetarian schezwan fried rice and gob o manchurian gravy it was really awesome

Room were clean but ac were not functioning properly in any of the 4 rooms that we got. Water was leaking and ac were positioned exactly above bed. So we were unable to sleep properly. On complain we were told to keep the ac off for some time which didnt resolved the issue hotel restaurant is pathetic very costly n low quality food.

The restaurant service is good

Ambiance, staff service, location all are good. The only lacking point is fast service in their restaurant. When we are at leisure no issues, otherwise they take a lot of time in bringing our order on table but they served yummy food. The location is very close to the temple and they arrange a free shuttle service 24/7 which is really good.

Stay was cool, got a free pickup and drop facility to temple, staff are very helpful, travel desk is good and they help us plan in a better way, Western breakfast is Worth to try.

Very nice and clean Hotel. Perfect location 5 minutes walk from mandir.

Lot of mosquitoes in the room. Bathroom fittings needs to be serviced or replaced. Slippery bathroom due to the granite tiles used near bath tub. It's highly dangerous for elderly family members. Had to shift the room due to this. Overall average stay.

Entire facility is very good in respect of location, parking facility, OK in respect of good staff, response to house keeping and room service etc etc. Even food quality too remains in good average. Drawbacks were furnishing quality, was rooms with out exhaust which ultimately puts into OK category! A little modification and renovations can bring this facility to excellent surely.
