Hotel Sai Mahal

Dirty bedsheet , sofa and chair. Door lock not working. Hot water not coming evening. Not recommended for family .

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was not properly cleaned — there was dust under the bed, stains on the linens, and hair in the bathroom. The furniture was old and poorly maintained, and the air conditioning did not work properly. For the price charged, I expected much higher standards of hygiene and upkeep. I hope the management takes serious steps to improve cleaning protocols and maintenance before accepting more guests

Hotel was average, room condition was also average. No hot water in evening till morning , staff said hot water will only come in morning.

The pictures on MMT are misleading and have been clicked 10-15 years back. Actually the age of the property is old and not maintained. The reception and the ambience overall is sad. will surely visit shirdi again, but this hotel was the first and the last visit.

Best budget stay in Shirdi with very polite staff. Temple is a 5 min walk away from the property. Breakfast buffet is a big bonus.

luxury and comfort is very good and all staff also good so please when come shirdi and plaining to stay prefare this hotel

As I am staying along with my family below are the observations / review regarding the hotel The location of the hotel was nyc place & nearest to the temple. Food was awesome & great to eat . Also the food was too good. Food can also be prepared as per instructions so that small children can also eat properly. The hotel facility room required maintenance as things got damaged but did not rectify like bathroom exhaust Fan not working, 🚽seat also damaged, Room some light not working, power backup facility was not there. All staff behavior was nice & great both canteen staff as well as manager seating in reception. Best is the food taste that I have enjoyed during the stay. That's my overall experience from my side.

Parking is ample. Charging zone is added advantage. Location is close to Temple and away from crowd. Food was good. Service is average. I will not lie, Property needs maintenance. Furniture not maintained and messy.

the hotel is relatively new, so the rooms are bright and receive ample sunlight. however, the downside was the presence of dust in the corners and under the bed frame. the chair and sofa, made of velvet fabric, had a sticky residue and not only dust but also smoke, contributing to a lingering smoky odor in the room. overall, the stay was average, though the room service was prompt. the hotel is conveniently located, just a 3–4 minute walk from sai mandir and very close to sai prasadalay.

Bedsheets were not clean, bathroom had slippery tiles we suffered 2 injuries. Staff was supportive, food was average

This is a old hotel that needs renovation. When we checked in no hot water available for two hours. After repeated calls, they supplied two buckets of hot water from other room. Walls need painting and furniture is old. Staff is courteous. . Manager vijay is helpful. I think i have booked for ac room but they allotted non ac room.

C lining issue like tab e chair curtains are very dirty even you can't touch with your hand. Service are slow.

I don't know how people gave a good rating to this hotel. Very bad quality of mattresses. The water quality of the washroom is bad. No tissue paper in the washroom. Below average quality hotel. Not worth the price we paid.

The spring in the bed is old and creaky sounds and overall the bed is not at all comfortable. All the rooms need to be refurbished on topmost priority

Stayvwas nice. Rooms and surrounfing clean. Cooperative staff. Food was good. Located on nsib road near temple. Walkable distance.
