food service and taste - below average shuttle service - below average, it will drop you in the middle of the road if the temple is busy. housekeeping - above average as Somnath is a really nice person and takes care of your needs location - Pretty far away from the temple so walking is not feasible overall service - I would say below average. I would say that choose to opt for hotels like Temple tree or Sai International as they haveuch better services and amenities.

I would like to share my experience. I stayed at Hotel Jaisi Castle Shirdi. It was very nice and lovely. I found the food there amazing. The room service is very good. The hotel room is also very good. The hotel staff is also very good like Somnath ji there whose way of speaking about service is very good. I had a stay of two days and I and my family had a great time. I would like to thank Hotel Castle Shirdi very much for making my two days very pleasant. I would like to thank the entire hotel management staff there.

The rooms and stay were okay. The hotel is located around 1 KM from the temple. JC Castle provides transport to the temple; however, we had a very, very bad experience taking the cab. The driver was very aggressive and was shouting at my mother and wife for asking him to drop them off at Prasadayala instead of the temple, which is much nearer than the temple. If you are planning to stay in that hotel, then please take precautions and take an auto in front of the hotel. Hotel management and other things are good.

The hotel JC Castle was good the food quality was also good but the bathroom wasn’t good the fittings were old and outdated, the curtains were not hanging properly, Otherwise the service was good, the shuttle service to the temple was also prompt. They have a swimming pool but it is not operational.
