The hotel's premise is very big. Many dharamshala, temples, statues, national symbols, bird sanctuaries are inside the hotel premises. Ample parking space. Very safe, secured & family friendly environment. Rooms are new & recently renovated. The staff were cooperative.

ac was not working, no gysor was there at, they told you can get hot water only in the morning. the bedsheets, mattress cover and pillow cover was not changed.

Room-related services were disappointing. There was no Wi-Fi, the telephone wasn’t working, and the cleanliness and hygiene standards were below expectations. The window AC was not functional — it made a lot of noise but didn’t cool the room properly. There were only two manual lifts, both of which were not functioning properly, causing inconvenience. From the outside, the property looks fine, but the experience inside doesn’t match the exterior impression. Overall, just 3 out of 5

Very ok type hotel, first denied check in because he wasn't able to find it, then after an hour he was able to. room was ok for a night stay, bedsheets were dirty, was tired so slept anyways, washrooms were ok. they have a small zoo, but very stinky not maintained well. restaurant has 2 options in breakfast. if you don't get enough options in the city then ok for a night stay

Property is on the Manmad highway with good connectivity to Shirdi Sai Baba temple which is 2kms away and you get Autos. Service people here are really good. But the only problem, I had is that you don't get hot water in the tap after 9am. Otherwise the environment is really nice, with great greenery and a lot of statues. Additional things, I would have liked in the room are water heater flask and wet cloth hanger

Service was very good and the people working over. There was very cooperative. They have provided every thing on the room. Whatever I asked for there was the issue of power cut in that area but to be honest, they have made sure that no guest gets bother because of that because they have very good facility of you know power back up so that doesn't matter at all rooms were clean. Bathroom was very good and they have cooperated at every situation right from the beginning. So overall five stars from my end and hope they went in this for all the time. Thank you.

First when we arrived AC was not working then they fixed/started AC after follow ups mentioning generator as reason. After AC comes TV saying as not working, then after follow up they recharge TV and it started, then comes WiFi, they mentioned WiFi will work but only in lobby, this time we didn’t even asked and wanted to finish our trip. This is a good property with good lobby but bed condition is not good, extra bed is not good it’s basically box spring with no mattress at the top. Food is good and service was good hence 2 star experience

hotel was absolutely amazing. food was good as well but the biggest let down was upkeeping of hotel room. room was not cleaned properly. bedsheets was not even changed. stain and hair of previous customer was on bed. towel smelled fowl. such a shame. property and ambience was so beautiful and you can take thousands of picture in every corner of the hotel. I just wish hotel pay more attention towards the rooms and cleanliness of rooms.

The hotel is good, much better compared to rooms offered by pears at same price. The only issue with the room allotted to us i. E, 109 is that there was a pump because of which we didn't get proper sleep. Hence i have rated it as 4. For other 2 rooms we had booked there were no issues at all

We stayed for 2 nights and we could find small cockroaches around which was frustrating and no hot water. No wifi in rooms. Toiletries (toothbrush, shampoo) are not provided. Water bottles, kettle are provided. Room cleaning is. Not done. We are not sure if will be done only if requested. Lukewarm water for bath is provided on request basis from supporting staff. This is our second time stay and we had similar experience last time as well
