Horrible experience, we were told bluntly on our face that there is no room, despite of having booking confirmation from MMT. The guy at reception rudely said go talk to customer care and denied further communication. We were left stranded at door without any further solution or communication.

It's what waste of money no ac no housekeeping manager respons is very very poor no hospitality don't waste time for booking on this hotel

Property location was good with big room size. The bed was comfortable. The room had ac and wall fan fitted which helped for very comfortable sleep. Hot water was available in bathroom as well as basin tap. Enough parking space was available. There was a ground available which is shared along with the residential apartment owned by the same owner. Swimming pool was there but was not fill-led with water. So not sure if it is always functional. There was scope for improvement with regards to service and proper maintenance of the property. Scales were there on the tap and water pressure in the taps were quite low. Intercom was not working and had to call the reception on mobile phone. Seems there is no generator available in the property as we experienced the light went off in the night and had to wait till the power supply came back.

Room was good. Big. Ac n geyser is working. A family (2 adult n 2 children) can accommodate in one room. That is the only positive rest everything is at loss. Housekeeping very bad. Cockroaches. Ants. Distance from temple is far. No resturant. Even they doesn't give u complementary water bottle. Simply no no.

Hotel was good room were spacious but they denied for check in that booking is not done and they were trying to locate in another hotel after lot of argument they accepted and given room n breakfast was included but it was provided so it was just okay every time need to connect make my trip team for our services

The room shown in the photo was not like that of a hotel and it was very expensive. The room and bathroom were very bad. The money was very high. The food rate in the hotel was also very high. It is too expensive for anyone to stay in a hotel. nahi bolunga hotel is in the most beautiful place

There are lot of prime issues with this place 1. There is no backup. they gave excuse that they cannot switch on the generator for longer time, just imagine u paid for ac and stayed with mosquito. I stayed in the 5th floor and they are saying they hv inverter facility till 3rd floor so what ever they say power backup is wrong. The photo uploaded are very old. 2. No working tv excuse it's not working. 3 . This place is far and isolated from railway station. I left the room 1.5 hrs before my plan time as there was not powerbackup. Staff are good but we also need facility along with Goodwill 🙂

A nice property in an multi buildijgbapartment complex, where one building is dedicated to this hotel. Freindly staff and neat and clean room with balcony. Ideal for staying for a night. The room does not have tv, however who needs it for a shorter duration of stay.

Ac works but does not cool, WiFi does not connect.

Close to a nightmare. Place is being poorly managed and are taking customer for granted. They don't have basic ethics value. Please check before staying as whatever is listed in site is not present when you check in.

Value for money. Beautiful and most spacious room. Big washroom. Clean rooms. Overall best hotel in Shirdi.

Good hotel having good food in Shirdi

Hotel is very good and clean, good food and service

Good price, good hotel and not so far from the temple.

Location is excellent, I like that just 500 meters from temple. Staff is very cooperative, sensible and ready to solve problems if any. Food service and quality is excellent.

Room was specious. Clean room, nice interior all over good hotel.

Bad, it's far and not clean, not expected from OYO. But ok to stay for a day or so.

The hotel is far from the shrine. Short time power interruptions are frequent. Except hindi, no other channel is giving access in tv in the room, especially the sports cal, in this ICC world cup period.

Staff is very cooperative, food service and quality is excellent, room is always clean and best in location in Shirdi it's just 300 mtr far away from highway.
