There was no confirmed booking in spite of my producing e-voucher. They allotted me a horrible room after my shouting and collecting money which was later refunded by them since I threatened them mentioning consumer court.

Location of the hotel is good but over all hotel, rooms, services are below average. No cleanliness in the rooms and bathrooms. Bed sheet, plow covers were dirty and I asked to change them. They provide hot water in bathroom as per their schedule not as per your convenience.
