Starlit Suites Shirdi

This place is a scam. The location is extremely secluded, with only a muddy road leading to it, and no shops or transport within a kilometer. You’re left at the mercy of the hotel staff for even the most basic needs—food, transport, or essentials. Housekeeping is terrible, and the management has no clue how to run a proper hotel. Stay away if you value your money and peace of mind.

The phone nos mentioned are not working to contact Receptionist No call from hotel or make my trip for Airport pickup or drop Night at 10.30 PM we reached hotel from Airport by Taxi no kitchen or food available on my insistence food prepared and Surved by 11.30 PM TV in room is not working as it has to be recharged In bathroom no mug available morning by 6 AM couldn’t get coffee as kitchen opens by 7 AM as informed In room no milk powder packets available on so much demand the staff said until kitchen open they can’t get milk on my argument and instance the staff given three small milk powder packets and we could make coffee in room for one person Room balcony is dirty we could not go in anyhow it is very bad experience Temple drop is arranged in our demand but no pickup back to hotel we organised ourselves taxi to move in & out Surprisingly the Make my trip phone nos are not working to register our complaint

The hotel was very good. The rooms were very neat and clean. The hotel staff is very supportive. The breakfast was with limited items but very tasty and very good quality. In my package pick and drop to the temple was given complementary. Very good view of the hotel. You can take this hotel as a five star facility hotel at a very low cost. Highly recommended for this property at Shirdi.

The picture of swimming pool was greatly shown and it was an important amenity based on which property was chosen however the swimming pool was not maintained and was closed for usage. Lots of insects in the Looby.

The rooms and the services were really good. Food was outstanding! The staff were helpful too. Only negative is that it is not on / near the main road and the approach road is just not good and also does not have street lights.

Location

Room was clean , but we didn't like the commute experience. the hotel people said one pickup and drop are complimentary but they couldn't drop us at the bus stop which was just 1Km away from the hotel. didn't like the experience there. The hotel is a bit interior but they refused to drop us at the bus stop saying some rubbish reasons

Although the rooms were ok. Price and location were off. The hotel is almost in the middle of fields. Kind of secluded. Nearest restaurant or eatery (if you decide to go out and eat) is far. Walking to that is not possible as the road is deserted and dark. No street lights.

Overall it was a good experience with Starlit Suites in terms of cleanliness, food, amenities & other services. Location is also good..very close to Saibaba Temple hardly 4-5 minutes by car..👍😊

Dining area is not frequently clean, there was a shortage of utensils and had to wait for 10 to 15 mins just for the plates and cutlery. Pick and drop service is also not managed that well. As the hotel is situated out of the area of the popular roads and safe area. In the night time there are no street lights and a small road leads to this hotel so it's not convenient to travel on your own. Now drop will be okay but pick up was horrible as i have to wait for 40 mins for my pick up to happen and because of the location of the hotel it is impossible to go by your own self. The hotel staff is helpful and lift area is there. Its an alright hotel not that i will recommend anyone to stay here until it is absolutely necessary. Late fees was charged 500 inr for me to stay post my stay (for 3 hours) which was fine by me however the reception attendant was adamant not to transfer the money to the hotels scanner but wanted me to transfer the funds to his personal account. So i refused and transferred the amount to the hotels scanner instead. For proof purposes. I am not sure if that's the trend or something was off the hook. Overall l average hotel experience i have had better previous experience in shirdi.

Hotel is around 3 km far from sai temple it is bit in remote area peaceful environment the drawback is we are fully depend on hotel pick up and drop to anywhere they are doing with additional the only thing they should do this free of cost as hotel is costly as compared to other hotels. They have gourmet kitchen but there also food is available in certain timings i dint have any thing from hotels kitchen apart from tea so can't tell about taste. Hotel have a small swimming pool in open area i think noone is using it because water was not clean looks like hotel is not maintaining swimming pool other amenities we have only tv which have only tata sky with free chanels only so it is also like show piece only. The hotel room is very nice and clean bathroom was also nice and clean there was small balcony which was only dirty as there was pigeon's. The staff is very good and supportive. I think they should improve on kitchen free pick and drop atleast once to sai temple and swimming pool either they should close or they should maintain and they should have garden for kids.

Good property and well cleaned room available at low price. Various complimentary facilities available at site for guests. Very supportive and caring staff

Reception desk provided flexible time slot stay check in. The suite is very good. Our initial reaction is of awe and slight disbelief. We feel we got more than our money's worth. The breakfast is well laid out with multiple choice of items. The reception desk helps us arrange transport to bus depot. One time pick up and drop to sai temple is also a good feature. Overall, we are satisfied with starlit suites shirdi hospitality. Given a choice, we prefer to stay at starlit suites shirdi. Thanks.

Nice hospital-be staff, its a new hotel which has its own teething troubles like delay in laying breakfast, late room service however intent is good. Hope they will better the service nect time we visit them

This hotel is the worst experience i have ever had honestly right from the location the water is salty the staffs only talk about money and the highlight is when you ask for a laundry bag they give you a used polythene bag. And please don’t get carried away seeing the swimming pool the water is terrible

We travel-led as a family (couple with a 2y old child) to shirdi from our own car. This place is located ~500m near sai teerth amusement park and is around 2km from sai baba temple. Talking about the good experiences, they have ample parking space, a functional and clean swimming pool, spacious rooms, large rooms with balcony, kitchenette, large refrigerator and a microwave oven. The bathrooms are clean and the toiletries are provided. Their staff is very courteous and helpful and the restaurant downstairs is very clean and has a nice ambience, which enhances the dining experience with the delicious food prepared by their cooks. Most importantly, they provide they provide a complimentary cab service for pick up and drop to the sai baba temple (gate no. 2. What i feel could be improved by the hotel is the grooming of the backyard accompanying the swimming pool so that it may give a nice look. Another improvement, however not in the hotel's scope, is required in the approach road towards the hotel, which is quite narrow and rough. But i can't complain as the price for stay was quite affordable and no other hotel having such good amenities can match it.
