Review Of Hotel Sahana Castle

Totally my experience is not good from the side of Hotel Sahana Castle . Hotel Booked 01/10/2025 To 02/10/2025. Iam writing to Express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at the hotel, Sahana Castle. Due to unavoidable reasons , we informed the Hotel in advance that we would be arriving late , and the Hotel Staff Agreed . However , when we reached the Hotel at around 3 Am early morning on 02/10/2025. We were only allowed to use the Room for a few hours. After some time , we were away visiting Kanyakumari , the hotel staff called and informrd us that our booking time is over. They disconnected all the services including Electricity , Fan, Light , AC which is unacceptable for a Star Hotel .At 12 pm Noon the Hotel compelled us to check out and disconnected all facilities including Electric Supply, We had already paid for this booking but coul barely use the room for very few hours only. This not only caused us financial Loss , but also spoiled our Travel experience . Kindly do the needful .

It's the worst hotel I've stayed in so far. There was a stringent smell in the room, and I suffered sneezing, a cold, and a fever. The plug point also didn't work. When I asked housekeeping, they informed me they would return in 5 minutes, but they never came back. became sick

Fine stay, good room service service are great, the politeness and shown special courtesy, great food and the restaurant was great set up, tge service was very polite, its not too costly, moderate rent

had a wonderful experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and very professional. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering all the comfort I needed.

Good place to stay. Staffs are very friendly. Room’s are neat and clean. Will surely stay here in next visit

Nice location, good ambience and decor at the restaurant, helpful and courteous staff. The shower didn't work, the fan regulator was faulty, no hooks to hang the clothes in bathroom, one behind the door was broken.

Peaceful and a comfortable stay. Wish i had stayed longer to enjoy their service! they were courteous and helpful. The room was neat. The restaurant serves good food.

Property is just opp. Bus stand, rooms are very neat and breakfast was ok, spread was a bit less when compared to similar type of hotels. Overall i recommend this hotel.

Ac not working don’t have any idea how o sleep, for the fan also same problem regulator is not working

The staff were very accommodative. Food was good and they accommodated our requests. We had a very comfortable stay.

Stayed for 1 night, booked 2 rooms. Dirty and smelly toilet in one of the rooms. Cockroach in another. Courteous staff but untrained in service delivery. Not worth the price we paid.

Location was good as it was opposite to bus stand. Spacious rooms where we stayed. Food with breakfast was also good. However, i did not like a few things 1. No wifi service 2. No tea cups in the room 3. No soap or shampoo holder in the washroom 4. Set top box of tv unit was a mess

Hotel foods are average, rooms are ok but ac noise is very high, toilet and other services good
