Entry service was bad - They were not sympathetic to a customer ( platinum customer of MMT) to even have the room ( which was vacant) one hour before the time inspite of request from customer care .. also they told that we would have offered the same of you had booked with us directly instead of MMT.. they wanted direct booking and were discouraging online booking... manager was stubborn and disrespectful too ... he refused inspite of us telling him we are doing an early check out by 6 am next day morning

I stayed with my 2 sons(adults). Booked through make my trip with additional bed. Only 200 ml bottles were in the room. Ehen we asked for water, in the middle of the night, he said only those 2 were complimentary and anything more shud be paid. 400 ml of water for 3 adults thru night. Dissapointed.

Wifi coverage is very poor , Water bottle not sufficient , Specific food only available

Thanks for giving an opportunity to share our genuine feedback and I hope it will be taken in a positive note to improvise your service. Let me start with the good things about Lance International. The location, car parking, room size, beds, extra bad were really very good. However, there are few areas that the management can focus to improvise the services like bathroom cleanliness, waterlogging issues, slippery tiles ( very dangerous for elderly people in my opinion ) and also poor service. The restaurant was completely empty and nobody was there even to address the needs. Also, I felt the rates are exorbitant compared to the local hotels located in the adjacent school road. I hope these things will be taken in a positive note so that Lance International can do better in future for the guests. I would look for other hotels next time and I may not suggest or recommend Lance for others. Thank you

We had booked for five days stay 1 . Didn’t got early check in even if the rooms were vacate 2. Rude behaviour of receptionist and manager there was like he was giving more attention who booked directly but no attention for MMT customer 3. ⁠No proper room service only one guy is doing all job . We stayed for five days but they cleaned the room only for two days that was also not proper. 4. ⁠Luggage also we carried from parking to room and vice versa worst room service 5. ⁠Food also not good only biryani and fried rice available 6. ⁠ Overall poor experience

Very poor hospitality...No person was there to take the luggage and open the room for us...very disappointing..The reception person gave the room and told us to go on our own to open the room I request MMT to refund the full money as we did not stay there

Food is too bad and stay is also not worth. It's not worth for money we spend.

Cleaning is not good. Food variety is limited, taste is not good. Shortage of staffs and resources hence service is poor. Another point i had mentioned during booking very clearly that we will check in bit early they has refused at last minute and took 1500 inr for early check in. Overall it’s good hotel for family.

Nice location in a prime spot. Ambience is good. Well maintained. Excellent service and hospitality. Complimentary breakfast was ready very early and very tasty too with nice variety.

The hotel is close to the main center. Pleasant staff. Peaceful place. Spacious rooms. Clean linen and washroom. The breakfast was good and had a variety. Overall, i enjoyed the stay. I'll definitely book this place on my next visit.

Good place to take rest for a night or two if you are visiting kanyakumari & nagercoil. Rooms are good, but the bathroom is not up to the 3 star standard. If you expect the 3 star hotel quality and service like in chennai and coimbatore, then will be disappointed.

Nasty bathrooms, mosquitoes, no ac in the mid night. Horrible stay. It is a lodge not hotel. Worth only rs. 1, 000 per night. I don't know, how mm t ties up with this hotel. Hell.

Im surprised how the hotel is having so many good reviews. They have poor maintenance, no hospitality, bad dining, no cleanliness. One pro that i can think of is the area it is located. Thats it.

Our experience at Lance International Hotel was deeply unpleasant. A group of 10 of us booked our stay , expecting a smooth and professional experience. However, during checkout, the hotel staff demanded ₹1300 for a chocolate stain and mosquito blood on the bedsheet, claiming the stains were irremovable. This felt like an unjust attempt to extort money from us. What added to the frustration was their lack of proper communication. No instructions or warnings about such charges were provided at check-in. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, they argued and attempted to intimidate us into paying. Fortunately, we stood our ground, and they eventually gave up their baseless demands. This encounter showcased the hotel's unprofessional and cheap-minded approach. I would strongly advise others to avoid staying here if they value fairness and a pleasant experience.

Very good place to stay for family. Places nearby to visit. Clean and neat. Well maintained. Nice food.
