K.S.M MUTHRA RESIDENCY

I booked two double bed room for my family. The price was 2500+ for per room. They haven't properly mentioned about Ac/Non AC. who will book non AC room for this price as if it is a hill station.

Hotel and rooms were good. Bathrooms can be cleaner. Experienced some issue with flush not working and they fixed it quickly but kindly make sure to keep restrooms more cleaner.

Felt like a perfect homestay and safe for families. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Staffs were friendly and helpful.

While the dedicated parking area is limited, we had no trouble parking safely right in front of the hotel. Highly recommended for a hassle-free and pleasant visit!

The location of the hotel is not good. There are no restaurants nearby. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant. Not advisable until they start a restaurant. Rooms are also old looking.

Good place to stay. Near to the temple . Nice clean and good service in the hotel. Nice parking facilities.

Everything was good. We had a good comfortable stay .though we were late after temple visit we were not asked to pay any extra money for the late checkout. Friendly staffs and safe parking facility. Highly recommended for families visiting temple. They properly maintain in this property.we will come next time in this property... Thanks for the wonderful experience....

Pillows should be replaced with smooth and suitable one . For water heating point was near to the television others are found not suitable places. It need near to the dining table. Night lamps with small tables required near the bed.

we had a good comfortable stay..the lodge scenic views and peaceful surroundings..staff were courteous nd efficient ...rooms were well maintained and cozy.....everything is good 👍

It’s a hospital converted recently to a hotel my room looked like a railway platform bogey with all lights on Pathetic Hospital converted into a hotel recently very unprofessional and new to Business room looked like a station platform in the night

i have stayed 2 Days i have received only one litre water bottle when I asked for water they said it is available on the ground floor we have to get down and fill the water bottle and moreover no intercom facility i have to call the receptionist via my personal phone..
