SRM Hotel

Very average stay. Not upto the hype. No hot water. Food was appalling. They gave old fish and the quantity for the price was not good.

The manager & employees were cordial, giving due respects with booming smiles. Fine. Louisraj

The property is not upto the cost they charge...the lift doesn't work properly & rooms are very told.... Over priced Menu...The only property who can give a simple dish as Buttermilk(100rs) in the worst taste ever

Our stay was nothing short . The mattress was so uncomfortable it felt like sleeping —finaly slept on the floor none of us got a wink of sleep. The room was poorly maintained, with broken fixtures and a general sense of neglect. The restrooms were the worst part: stinking, stained, and clearly not cleaned properly. We requested a room change, hoping for something better, but the new room was somehow even worse—filthy and just as uncomfortable. We were traveling with family, and this experience turned what should have been a relaxing trip into a nightmare. The only mildly factor was the complimentary breakfast, which was just “okay”—nothing special, and certainly not enough to make up for the rest. Avoid this place at all costs.

ambiance was good and food taste and quality were also good. it is near to sea beach and also sea view is available that looks good

Need to improve in cleanliness. Is my regular stay. But I have to think now for the next visit. Bad Oder in the room

Poor Maintenance My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. Firstly, I booked a sea view room, but the room I was given had no sea view at all — just a view of On top of that, the room itself was in terrible condition. The bed was sagging with a hole in the center, which made sleeping uncomfortable. The bathroom was also problematic — the door wouldn’t close properly, and I even saw small cockroaches inside, which was very unhygienic. While I appreciate the good breakfast and courteous staff, the hotel needs serious improvements in room quality, cleanliness, and honesty about the room views.

Hotel experience was average. Actually we were booked 3 rooms, unfortunately in all three rooms ac was not working. While checking with maintenance person he told with in 5 mins it will work but not happened.

pleasent stay for all categories.. highly recommend will well equipped staff members and quality of delightful dishes..

THE ROOM IS OK ,BUT THE LOCKS ON THE DOORS ARE NOT WORKING PROPERLY, LACK OF MAINTANANCE FOR THE COST THE CHARGE ITS NOT MAINTAINED PROPERLY

I had a wonderful stay at The Imperial. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious and clean. The breakfast spread was delicious, and the location was very convenient for exploring the city. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay."

Not maintained well. The room which i stayed in doesnt have card access to switch on the power, they are using random price tag card. Food is not also very impressive.

very good staff & good service but little more expensive online different booking price & directly visit different booking price so please continue same price for booking.

Room was decent but not maintained well. Bedsheets were dirty, washroom not clean. Overall ok to stay for a night.

The property is clean and neat. The staff including the taxi drivers are cooperative and pleasant to deal with.

AC making terrible noise throughout the night, sometimes throwing out ice… washroom basin drains out water super slow…no hand towels, no tissue papers and slippers provided…. Pathetic..
