Amazing hotel experience!
Luxurious vibes, awesome service, and perfect location. 10/10 would stay again. Special mention to Breakfast Buffet nos of dishes so yum. 🤩

Good Stay
Room was spacious and had all common amenities. During winter, they should consider providing additional blankets or heaters. They should also consider to provide mineral water.

Good Stay
We enjoyed staying at the property. Food and room service could have been better. Cleanliness in the room and overall in the property was taken taken off in a good way. Staff was well dressed and polite.

Great experience
Location is really good. Best place for stay. Staff is very nice and even they call you for the dinner or tea if you miss any of your meal. Good property. Rest all is very good.

Very bad experiences
We booked a room in hotel sagar residency many days ago but they did not allow us to stay even though we had a confirmed booking and shifted us to a nearby hotel. From outside the hotel was looking good but everything was terrible inside. A bad smell was coming into the room, the floors of the rooms were not clean, etc.

Hand towels, all out etc was not available in the room. Serving in the room was not proper. Hotel should have on kitchen jn same premises.

Food was good as always but delay in service delay in food i didn't expect this from them so overall average experience not so good not so bad water comes inside when it rains so i stay all difference hotel of sagar like hotel sagar niwas hotel sagar these places are more better than sagar residency. Washrooms are not cleaned as well
