Totally west of money due to service is 3rd class, No one listen in this hotel even no one picked call at reception, food Service and Restaurant also.

Food and Breakfast is below average stay was good service was average saving kit chargeable basic facilities are not there

Good and cooperative staff, but the parking area is not perfect, view from the hotel is little bit messy

Got a smooth check inn. Room was good and clean but they need to work on cleaning of cushion and running they had black spot on it. Overall it was a good experience. Hopefully visiting again.

Location is odd side of bikaner, services is key concern for customers which is very poor. Even hotel policy is not implemented as per indian customs. They charged for water, dental & savings kits also even customer were suggested to hotel staff that can be added while in booking which is common but there management are not to worried to proper listen, communicate & services.

Staff was cooperative and as we were reached there in advance before check in due to early departure of the bus but they gave entry without any extra charges.

Hospitality is good rooms are good, quality of food is also fine. They have keep better quality tea and coffee pouches and have some arrangements for moving out of hotel either by three wheeler or car taxi. Mobility with in the city without vehicular connections is the biggest hurdle for this property

Value for money. Front office staff is very coperative. Clean room n bathroom. Hotel away from trafiic pollution. Good for family business and leisure stay

Extremely dirty bed and untidy sheets and pillows. The property did not have hot bathing water facility. It was not worth the money. The toilet flush also did not work properly.

Property location is very convenient. Food is below average if some foreigner is staying in the hotel then u might get good breakfast otherwise it’s not. Basic amenities are missing like dental kit they charge 50 rupees for the same 24 hr hot water is not available only during 7am to 10am no room sleepers, no newspaper, no in room dining facility floor staff is cooperative and helpful otherthan that they need to change the reception staff no pool facility no facility for car cleaning sweeper constantly bugs you to pay something as he is cleaning the parking area but not your car. Not worth of giving 2 star overall don’t judge the book by its cover lookout for other options too.

Food was too salty and service are also very slow. Dental kit is chargeable of rs 50 which should be part of hotel basic not upto mark

Worst breakfast, it's worth to have breakfast on street. No take care in room. If you won't get good hotel then you can choose it

I booked the hotel at last minute. When i saw it from from outside it felt like hawa mahal from jaipur. Later found so courteous and helpful staff. The room provided was clean and hygienic. Morning breakfast was also good. Overall, stay was pleasant and safe. Thank you!
