WiFi was not working. I rarely got a connection . Rest all more or less good. Can't add anything more than this.

Food,location & facilities are very excellent .staff behave is very humble, helpfull & Nice

Nice Hospitality, staff is cooperative. The view is also Good , cottages are also look nice in evening

The property was good but the service and approach is very poor , had booked deluxe room but they covert it to cottage after that they shifted us in a tiny room

Food Not Up To Mark At All, Cleaniness

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, the staff was polite and helpful, and the overall service was quite good. However, the food quality did not meet expectations. It could definitely be improved in terms of taste and variety. If the food matches the standard of the rest of the services, this place would be excellent.

Too far from main city, located in a village. Transportation is challenging because of unavailability of online cab aggregators in bikaner. Property was fine , cleasniness was maintained in rooms. Seemed overpriced for the facilities provided by them.
