Service not good, Rooms are to much expensive as per the specifications. Hotel should upgrade his repressive staff specially receptionist of evening shift.

standard room which was written in overview was nothing in match, no gair dryer, no water heating, no room service. Nothing at all in room quality

We have faced several issues regarding which were explained. We had very bad 2 days out of 3.

Delightful staying. Hotel decoration is very nice too, like an rajasthan haveli. Staffs are well behaved. Location is also convenient, other amenities and services are alright.

Acc. To price which was 1800/ day the room was just ok because it was a haweli residence but if u see only room acc. To price it was not not that much good because ac was not working and shower was not working and room was not not cleaned properly

Hotel checkin staff behaviour very rude they take 1 hour for check in and 30 minutes for check out formalities hotel food is very bad

Hygiene very good. Mattress too bad, cud not sleep, staff response very cold not helpful at all during check in and check out

Loved the food at the hotel. The breakfast was simply amazing, we tried poha, bread omelette, a loo parantha, and everything was fresh and delicious. We also loved the hospitality at the hotel, we got everything we asked for ) the rooms were clean and well kept! we loved our stay and will be back soon.

Location is good food was excellent safety: no concern room: unhygienic. Bed sheet has a big whole in it. They provided a blanket but cover is dirty. Curtains were torned. Non skilled staff, does not provided any cupboard or hanger. Room allotted to me were stinking. I asked manager to spray room freshner he agreed to send someone but did not send anybody. At the same price neighbouring hotel desert winds provides good accommodation and facilities.

Enjoyed the stay. Rooms are basic but economical for those on a shoestring budget. Staff is friendly and co-operative.

Good place to stay. Excellent architecture of the old times. Clean and hygienic. Lack of staffs. Nobody should opt for the option of breakfast included as there's nothing and its a total gimmick. Otherwise all ok.

Hotel ambiance is good but the room was not good in the way of comfort wise, there was 2 bed with separate where i was singh person and i was surprised that there was no tv in room so it was quite wonderful for me. Tv should be there in this kind of hotel.

Lovely and cozy haveli. Amazing hospitality & lovely people always with smile & gratitude will make your stay memorable. Lovely dogs and the best one is noor who goes to every guest for patting & love. I really had an amazing and unforgettable experience with intricately carved stones and ethnic furniture. Good food & coffee is again adding for a cozy stay.
