मुझे रूम 406 मिला जिसमे टॉयलेट हैं शौवर ख़राब, नहाने में खारा पानी मिला व पीने का पानी रूम में नहीं मिला अतः बहुत ही ख़राब मिली

Taste was average, bathrooms was very old and tape was leaked..TV was not working properly, this was property is only for marriage

Bathroom experience is very poor no tap water , no hot water facility available in bathroom , breakfast is very poor

Hotel looks impressive from outside, location is very good with the fort a km away. However the hotel is short of staff and the fixtures such as lift, tv, kettle etc don't work, however AC was working. Gated parking is available..Considering the rates it was good experience.

The facade of Hotel Raj Vilas Palace, Bikaner is astonishing and huge, like a proper palace from ancient times.

Worst hotel. No showers working. Full night water leackage in bathroom. Huge water wastage by hotel management

The hotel didn't have a heater system, it was old sheets were dirty pillows were torn, had to ask them to get the towels and toiletries i think it was not the what i paid for

Please don’t stay here as bed sheet was in torn condition, hot water not coming, no dental kits, no sleeper, no water bottle, proper tea set not maintained, staffs rude, demand of extra charge for early check in at 09:00 am, foods quality really disaster.

No hot water, spoiled bed, no server, no bell boy, i did not even stay at that hotel, we did not want to spend even 1 night in this hotel, even the toilet flush was not working, waste of money, did not even refund money.
