i had booked an air cooled room online but when we checked in at hotel staff told us that your air cooled room don't have a facility of AC. So if u want an AC in your room then you have to pay extra,so we didn't have any other option and we have to pay extra money them. Their service was horrible and Totally waste.

very bad. price is for ac but hotel provided cooler room with ant on bed. on room exchange they provide another cooler room with humidity and suffocation.on another room change ac room remote is not working.finally by paying more they give me ac room with no towel and no soap.so I do not want to book hotel with make my trip.it is quite expensive.

Owner had no idea regarding which room is booked or not he take more time to confirm my booking. Bathroom was not clean, washbasin was disconnected with pipe, food quantity is very less according to price. Over all very bad hotel.
