Horrible stay uncleaned rooms, pathetic toilets, not at all for family stay. Bed sheet covers just dumped in stair case

Well if I am asked to write a review considering the price I paid (after discounts) then undoubtedly it was a value for money but as I have been told that the difference between what is listed and what we pay (after deduction of the discount) is born by MakeMyTrip and I have seen services at par with listed prices in most of the case here I would ignore the argument I made at first hand. Location wise it's a big yes as it can easily be located. Room however was clean but were pretty small. Matrices were comfy, pillows were relaxing but bathroom was too damp and taps were constantly leaking. I checked in around 8 PM and checked out early morning around 5. Check in was smooth while checking out almost everyone was sleeping. Had to knock almost on their head to wake them up. Called at reception twice but none was responded. Overall I have seen much better places in the price I have paid here. Not much impressed.

The service of the hotel is very poor. You order tea or snacks, it will be served after 45 minutes. No single service is provided in one phone call. Be prepared to call twice or thrice to get yourself a service. The rooms are very dirty. The hotel is not well maintained at all. Only good part is that the managers and reception desk staff are courteous. Not a good experience at all.

While the hotel was well built but due to lack of maintenance it is not in good shape. The rooms need mopping. The furniture needs dusting, etc. The kitchen was the worst experience. There is no dedicated staff in the restaurant. So they take hours to serve.
